Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are already included in your configured order. For accessories and spare parts, a base fee of CHF 9.90 applies.
Delivery Times
Up to 49 bottles: Digital printing only, delivery time 3–5 working days. B2B (50 bottles or more): Screen printing, digital printing, or laser engraving. Delivery time approx. 3–4 weeks (longer in individual cases).
Payment Methods
Purchase on account, credit card (Visa & Mastercard), PayPal, Twint, and PostFinance.
Returns and Exchanges
Since the bottles are custom-made for you, exchanges are generally excluded. Please note that the representation in the images and the configurator may slightly differ from the final product. A return or replacement is only possible in the event of a manufacturing or material defect. In such cases, please contact us immediately.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver exclusively to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. All prices include VAT as well as shipping and packaging costs.
What is B2B?
We offer B2B (short for Business to Business) for orders of 50 bottles or more. We will provide an individual quote, including our design service. Printing methods used include screen printing, digital printing, or laser engraving. Delivery time is approx. 3–4 weeks (longer in individual cases). For B2B orders, we require your logo as a vectorized file (EPS or AI) and specific color details for your graphics if available (Pantone / CMYK). You can find our B2B offers under "B2B". Is the print durable?
Daily use may lead to normal wear and tear. Our prints are high-quality, long-lasting, and have been extensively tested.
Are accessories and spare parts available for purchase?
We recommend purchasing accessories and spare parts through retail stores. Should you still be interested, please contact our customer service at custom@intercycle.com. Shipping costs of CHF 9.90 per package apply.
Can I order unprinted bottles?
We recommend purchasing unprinted products directly from retailers or our partners. Should you still be interested, please contact our customer service at custom@intercycle.com.
